Manufacturers Warranty Information

Tulip has a 1 year limited warranty which covers any manufacturer defects. Breakage or performance issues caused by normal use are not covered. Claims are dealt with on a case by case basis and depending on the issue, an item will either be repaired or replaced.

Manufacturers Safety Information

Tulip Juvenile products either meet or exceed both Canadian and US safety standards set by the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) or the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Cribs have been tested by an independent and accredited testing laboratory in the United States.

Care Instructions

• Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, extreme changes in temperature or moisture as it may cause fading of color or damage to the unit.
• Leave a 6 gap between furniture and baseboard heating or air conditioning sources. This helps to prevent overheating, drying out or discoloration.
• Dust furniture with a lint-free cloth.
• Clean furniture with a clean, damp cotton cloth or rag. Commercial furniture polish can lead to waxy build up and does not let the furniture breathe. Follow the grain of the wood.
• Wipe up spills immediately as long term exposure of some liquids may cause discoloring of the finish.
• If placing an item with rubber feet (such as a radio, CD player, TV, etc.) be sure to place a felt liner underneath. Do not use plastic as it may create a moisture pocket.

You can rest assured by the construction of this collection as it is made of solid bamboo, solid hardwoods, bamboo veneer, formaldehyde-free MDF and glue, as well as formaldehyde-free/lead-free paint and varnish.

• Reusing delivery boxes for shipping parts or for printed materials
• In-office recycling program to cut back on general waste
• Implementing and following a strict recycling policy for all wood, metal or carton residues which are unable to be used
• Used varnish or varnish run-off is recycled by sending to a nearby recycling facility
