Change Your Password
To change your password, please login to My Account. Once logged in, select the 'Personal Information' tab in order to update account information.
Editing Your Account Information
On an existing order:
If you wish to update your account information (name, address, email address) on an existing order, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-740-9830 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. It is important you speak with one of our representatives to ensure that your information is capable of being changed, with email confirmation being sent to you once the change has been confirmed.
Please note: Changing your shipping address after your order has been submitted does not guarantee the update can be made.
On your account:
If you wish to update your personal information associated with your account, you may do so by visiting the website and logging in to My Account. Once you have logged in, select the ‘Personal Information’ tab inn order to update your account information.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have made a purchase with us before, you may login to your account using your Email Address and Password you received when you placed your order. If you don't know your password, you may try using your ZIP / Postal Code and Billing Phone Number.
